About Katvig
In 2005 Katrine Collette and Vigga Svensson were rummaging through the attic of Vigga’s mother’s house in Copenhagen when they came across an old bedspread with which they fell in love. Using it as inspiration they began designing colourful and stylish childrens clothes, thus forming the Katvig label. From the first Katvig collection the aim has been to attract fashion conscious parents and their classic stripes are worn by children of all ages worldwide.
Going beyond the now famous stripe and apple prints, Katvig’s designs are courageous and dare to be unique.
Their methods of production deserve special mention as they are constantly being refined. As a company Katvig look at all areas of production and are striving to attain manufacturing processes which are as green as possible. This applies to everything from environmentally fabrics, sustainable choice of materials, tags, bags and boxes for dispatch.
