How long before my goods are delivered?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days of receiving it, therefore you should receive your order within three working days. Deliveries to Europe may take 3-5 days up to ten days for the rest of the world.

If you require your goods more urgently please email us to determine whether next day delivery is possible.

 
 
How can I return or exchange the items which I have ordered?

Please contact our customer services team by telephone or e-mail quoting your order reference number.

Please return your purchase to us within seven days of receiving them, unworn and in the original condition including labels and invoice to Mash ‘n’ Gravy, 7, Main Street, Dunlop, Ayrshire, KA3 4AT.

We strongly recommend that all goods returned are sent by recorded delivery as mashngravy cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Goods returned to mashngravy are at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back to you free of charge.

If you are returning goods due to a fault with the product then we will also reimburse the cost of your postage.

After an inspection of the goods you will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order within seven working days. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Please not that we are not able to refund an item without a receipt and refund will only be issued to the original payer.

 
 
Can the goods be delivered directly to the person of my choice?

Ideal for gifts, simply fill in the address of the intended recipient in the checkout area in the space provided under ‘Shipping Address’.

The invoice will not be sent with the parcel but will be sent to you at the Billing Address.

 
 
Can the goods be gift wrapped?

We are delighted to wrap your items if they are intended as a gift in high quality box, age and gender appropriate at no additional cost.
