Roam Bands and Broken Camel Backs

Filed under: Fun Stuff — admin @ 10:10 am

I don’t know about you but I’m finding all this wind and rain more than a little tedious and last week when the snow came to the west coast yet again it was the straw which broke the camels back. I booked our summer holiday.

Although, it still feels like winter, i’m going to enjoy picking up all of those little ‘holiday’ bits and bobs whenever i’m shopping. A recent purchase will suit our holiday very well. I had not come across Breo watches until I spotted them on the Micro Scooters website when making a purchase for the boys (another blog post). They look cool and are inexpensive so I added a couple to my shopping basket. When they arrived with the scooters I was even more impressed.

According to the bumf Roam bands have achieved celebrity status in both the sport and fashion world, and are quite unique in design. Wonderful for sport, because of their waterproof status, brilliant colours mean that hey are a first class accessory and, as I mentioned previously they retail at around £10.

The Breo Roam watch is made with a material called tourmaline. A naturally occurring mineral, tourmaline is widely used as a semi-precious gemstone and is responsible for many beneficial health effects including:

  • Increased concentration
  • Natural detoxification of the body
  • Improved sleep, relaxation and meditation
  • Improved vitality and mood

This remains to be seen, as the guys have only been wearing them for a few days, therefore I cannot determine whether there are fewer fights and tantrums than usual but I know that if they leave one lying around, IT’S MINE.
